NCAA To Hand Down Sanctions On Penn State 07/23/12

State College, PA. (CBS) - CBS News has learned that the NCAA will hand down what is being called "unprecedented" sanctions against the school and the football team.
On sunday, the university made the decision to take down the statue of the late head football coach, Joe Paterno.
Paterno was the head coach at the time the allegations against Sandusky first came up.
He's been accused of not doing enough to protect the victims.
